From July to August, we welcome anglers to our flagship Big River Camp, a remote fishing lodge nestled deep in the heart of Northern Labrador. Accessible only by floatplane from Happy Valley – Goose Bay, this secluded camp sits on the iconic Big River—home to some of the finest Atlantic Salmon fishing on the continent. With miles of untouched river, scenic surroundings, and expert guides, Big River Camp is a place where fishing stories are born and legends are caught.

Fall Transforms Us – Premier Hunting Across Newfoundland
As the landscape transforms with the colors of fall, Big River Camps shifts into hunting season, opening a network of remote, hand-picked lodges across Newfoundland’s most game-rich areas. From September through October, hunters join us in pursuit of Moose and Black Bear, with Middle Lake Camp offering the rare opportunity to hunt Woodland Caribou — one of the few places in the world where this majestic species is still hunted.
Our hunting camps combine traditional backwoods adventure with modern comfort, and each location is carefully chosen for its high game density, natural beauty, and exclusive access.
